This year’s blend showcases two very special coffees, and yes, I always say that. We found a really beautiful coffee from Papua New Guinea which certainly is the most remote coffee in our lineup. PNG Plantation A Virgin Mountain is grown in the Eastern Highlands Province a few hours from the capitol city of Goroka.

We blended this parcel with a classic washed Ethiopia coffee from the Sidamo region renowned for its citrusy, floral and complex flavors. After numerous tastings, we settled on a medium-dark roast profile which we feel best expresses the individual origin components in a harmonious way. In the cup you’ll find sweet cocoa notes coupled with exotic spice and a slightly herbal finish. This coffee is complex and has incredible depth of flavor. We love this coffee and think it tastes great as a pour over, French Press or in your faithful drip coffee maker.
