Spring Forward
Hello Friends of Fundamental Coffee,
I hope everyone is well and looking forward to putting the winter season behind us. Sunday is daylight saving time which by most accounts is a man-made fabrication designed to irritate and make us either early or late for one hour, one day, per year. I would actively march against it but I'd likely be an hour late...or early. I know I'd have a tumbler full of Fundamental Coffee either way.
We have been actively looking for a new roasting space and think we have found an awesome new home which will be an exciting hub of coffee activity once we get a few things in place. It's going to be great fun and I'm grateful in advance for all the support we'll need to keep things growing. More on those details to follow.
In coffee news, new crop Central American coffee quality seems to be very good although coming in a bit slower than normal. I'm looking forward to quite a bit of tasting activity in the near future. I've also been on the search for interesting coffees from Tanzania and Papua New Guinea which may be part of a blend or find their way onto our single origin list. In the meantime we have a limited quantity of our Guatemala Antigua Acate available. Check it out before it's gone. As an added incentive we will knock off 10% of the purchase price. Simply use the word ACATE in the promo code field.
Time to flip over the record.
Un Abrazo,
Scott
