Fundamental Truffles: Side 1, Track 1: Humbucker Blend

Hi there. So I love really good truffles, both the exotic mushroom and chocolate types. Here we are celebrating the chocolate variety. Our friend Sheila Cain from Phinney Ridge Confections has helped us put together some absolutely delicious truffles using our Humbucker Blend. We used Humbucker espresso shots, Humbucker finely ground coffee and a dusting of even more Humbucker Blend on top of the truffle.
